Job summary

GroupeSTAHL is seeking a press operator for Transfer Express in a production environment. You will operate a Plastisol ink printing press, perform setup and teardown, and ensure on-time production aligned with shipping needs.

We value teamwork, accuracy, and reliability. You will communicate with the Floor Supervisor and contribute to quality checks while supporting other areas as needed.

Qualifications

• An understanding of, or willingness to learn Screen Print processes.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., walk, bend, and be on his/her feet most of the shift.
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment.
• Quality-minded.
• Flexibility of schedule and the ability to work overtime daily as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operating a printing press for Plastisol Ink products.
• Set-up, teardown between jobs.
• Prioritizing and completing work based on shipping schedule.
• Quality checks.
• Communicating needs/suggestions/concerns to Floor Supervisor.
• Assisting in other areas when the business requires.
• Other duties as assigned.
