Job summary

GroupeSTAHL, a leading manufacturer in custom textile printing, is seeking a production operator to run Plastisol ink presses. You will set up, operate, and tear down presses, ensuring timely completion according to shipping schedules and maintaining product quality.

The role requires ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates should be adaptable, communicative, and willing to learn new skills while supporting a collaborative

Qualifications

• Experience or willingness to learn screen print processes.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment.
• Quality-minded and detail oriented.
• Flexible schedule and ability to work overtime daily as needed.
• Willingness to embrace change and learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete work based on shipping schedule.
• Perform quality checks.
• Communicate needs and concerns to Floor Supervisor.
