As a Production Associate, you will operate printing equipment, perform quality checks, and cross-train across departments while supporting a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. A career with training and potential overtime awaits.

Qualifications

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and remain on your feet.
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Print, cut, and perform quality checks on digitally printed products.
• Operate light printing machines and computer.
• Cross-train in each department area (printers, cutters, shipping).
• Communicate needs/suggestions/concerns to Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager.
• Assist in other areas when needed; may require overtime.

What You'll Be Doing

Our team endeavors to keep Transfer Express competitive. We do this by using the latest in manufacturing, sales, and marketing techniques and investing in our greatest asset, our employees. • Ability to print, cut, conduct quality checks digitally printed products
• Operate light printing machines and computer
• Will cross-train in each area of the department (learn to run printers, cutters, and shipping procedures)
• Communicate needs/suggestions/concerns to Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager
• Assist in other areas when the business requires
• Other duties as assigned
• May need to work overtime as necessary (possible same day or weekends)
