Job summary

GroupeSTAHL is seeking a production operator to operate a Plastisol printing press and support a fast-paced textile printing environment. You will set up and tear down between jobs, prioritize work to meet shipping schedules and perform quality checks, while communicating needs to the Floor Supervisor and assisting in other areas as required.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a willingness to adapt to evolving processes.

Qualifications

• Understanding of screen print processes or willingness to learn.
• Good verbal communication and teamwork.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for long shifts, and move safely.
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment.
• Quality-minded with attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule with potential overtime.
• Willingness to adapt and learn new skills.

Responsibilities
