Job summary

GroupeSTAHL, a leading international manufacturer and supplier, is seeking a Quality Inspector to join Transfer Express operations. You will assist with quality inspection across screen print and related processes, sort and review orders for 100% accuracy, and communicate issues to the production floor.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and its applications.
• Knowledge and understanding of quality standards and specifications.
• Ability to communicate quality issues clearly and report data to relevant teams.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to perform a variety of tasks as assigned.
• Overtime may be required to meet production demands.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Quality Inspection process for Screen Print, Commercial and all other customers
• Will inspect, sort, and review each order to ensure 100% accuracy of work prior to being sent to customer
• Catch for our large format and small format lines and complete quality inspections
• Communicate with Production floor when products do not meet quality standards expected
• Record, document, and analyze data for quality trends
• Other tasks as assigned

What We Are Looking For

• Ability to communicate well regarding quality issues and report that data to various positions with the company
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand, squat, bend for 8+ hours
• Willingness to preform various tasks as assigned
• Overtime as required
