Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic communications or business administration, or 4 years of related printing industry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use logic and conceptual thinking.
• Collaborative team player with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Interpret print and distribution instructions with high attention to detail.
• Coordinate with service team, premedia, press, bindery and logistics to ensure smooth production.
• Provide accurate production instructions and help resolve production issues.
• Assist with customer communications and status updates during production.
• Work with account managers to keep jobs flowing through the plant.
