Job summary

AlphaGraphics Lake Norman, a locally owned marketing communications company in Cornelius, NC, seeks a Print Project Coordinator for a full-time on-site role. You’ll be the first contact for prospects and customers, handling quotes, artwork review, and production coordination with designers.

The position emphasizes strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service and at least 1 year in print or sign shop work, plus familiarity

Responsibilities

Answering clients' questions and concerns via phone, email, and in-person.
Processing incoming leads and promptly creating estimates.
Calling clients and prospects to review estimates, artwork, and orders.
Gathering and sharing clients’ requirements with our graphic designers.
Creating and reviewing print specs and artwork before production to ensure the printed materials turn out as planned.
Generating sales orders and processing payments.
Keeping clients up to date on the status of their print job.
