• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, job specifications, deadlines, and budgets
• Communicate job requirements to production teams, including operators and prepress staff
• Review incoming job details to ensure accuracy, completeness, and print readiness
• Follow up with clients regarding file issues, production questions, and scheduling updates
