ABC Imaging in Miami is seeking a Production Specialist to oversee print production workflows and coordinate operations. You will ensure projects run on time, meet quality standards, and maintain color accuracy across print runs.

The role requires experience in production coordination, workflow management, and strong communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Excel and production tools is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in print production, manufacturing, or production coordination roles.
• Strong understanding of production workflows and scheduling processes.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic production management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality assurance and consistency.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and document job workflows and production instructions for print projects.
• Create and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support end-to-end production workflows from intake to completion.
• Maintain color accuracy, print quality, and output consistency.
• Coordinate with production teams to assign work and improve workflow efficiency.
• Assist in packaging, fulfillment, and shipping preparation.
• Oversee shipping logistics, tracking, and delivery coordination.
• Support sourcing and evaluation of new print materials and production supplies.
• Participate in R&D for new production processes and workflow improvements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to process optimization and problem-solving.
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting using Microsoft Excel and related tools.
