ABC Imaging in New York, NY, is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our onsite team. You will manage client communications, coordinate print production workflows, and ensure high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in printing, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and client satisfaction.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in the printing industry (digital printing, prepress, or print production).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong knowledge of color digital printing, print production processes, and bindery operations.
• Experience with print equipment, materials, and finishing techniques.
• Excellent customer service and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to confidently present printing capabilities and services to clients.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, creative teams, and technical staff, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
• Provide prepress and digital print support, including proofreading client artwork and preparing files for production.
• Edit and optimize client files for print readiness using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Coordinate and manage press checks, mock-ups, revisions, and client approvals.
• Oversee project scheduling, workflow management, and production timelines to meet tight deadlines and budgets.
• Manage day-to-day print shop operations, including inventory control, supply ordering, and equipment coordination.
• Support and maintain small format printers, large format printers, and plotters.
• Perform print finishing and bindery tasks as needed.
• Assist with conference room setup, client meetings, and onsite support services
