ABC Imaging in Los Angeles is seeking a Printing Associate to join our print production team. This role acts as the bridge between clients and production, ensuring requests, specs, and deadlines are managed from intake through completion.

You will monitor jobs, log tickets, communicate requirements to operators and prepress staff, and support front desk with professional service. A detail-oriented mindset and experience in print production or graphics environment are ideal.

Formación

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
• Experience in recreation reprographics or print production workflows is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, print production, prepress, or graphics environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of offset and digital printing workflows is beneficial.
• Familiarity with prepress processes and file preparation standards is helpful.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills are important.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and process incoming print jobs via email, production bins, and front counter intake
• Code and log customer tickets according to guidelines and workflows
• Serve as primary contact for client inquiries, specs, deadlines, and budgets
• Communicate job requirements clearly to production teams, including operators and prepress staff
• Review job details to ensure accuracy, completeness, and print readiness
• Follow up with clients regarding file issues, production questions, and scheduling updates
• Track jobs through completion and ensure proper closure, delivery, and logging
• Provide professional front desk and phone support to clients and internal teams
• Maintain a clean, organized reception and production intake area
• Manage office and production supplies inventory
• Support production staff with administrative and workflow assistance as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
