Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of the functional area and ability to apply policies and objectives.
• Ability to communicate clearly across departments and to manage deadlines.
• Experience supervising junior staff and ensuring accuracy.
• Proficient in technology and software; advanced MS Office capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production of printed materials for customers.
• Engage with customers to gather job requirements and translate into production instructions.
• Review proofs with customers and obtain approvals for artwork, colors, and ink samples.
• Enter and verify job instructions in manufacturing systems and plan production schedules.
• Monitor job progress and communicate updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal plants and external vendors to meet specifications.
• Resolve production issues by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Provide pre-sales support and estimate workflows when needed.
• Tally production outputs for billing and mentor junior staff as needed.
