Job summary

RRD in Hebron, Ohio is seeking a Print Production Specialist to coordinate production of printed materials and maintain positive customer relations through all stages of the manufacturing process.

You will engage customers to gather requirements, translate them into manufacturing instructions, review proofs, and coordinate with internal plants and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills across departments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload.
• HS diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant administrative/operational support in manufacturing operations or office environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to gather job requirements and translate into detailed manufacturing/kitting instructions and shipping/postal instructions.
• Coordinate production of components with other internal plants and/or external vendors as required.
• Monitor progress of jobs throughout production and ensure final product meets customer requirements and standards.
• Tally final production runs and assemble paperwork for billing purposes.
• May mentor junior Print Production staff or work on special projects.
