Socket.dev is seeking a Print Production Coordinator to join our Sample Production team. You will oversee the flow of print jobs from file intake through finished samples, set priorities, track job tickets, operate wide-format printers, and coordinate with the sample department to keep production on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize the daily print production schedule to meet demanding client deadlines.
• Operate and maintain wide-format printers — training will be provided.
• Work within Adobe Creative Suite programs and printer RIP software to prepare files for print production.
• Read and interpret job tickets and track jobs through each stage of print production.
• Serve as the point of coordination between print production and other sample department functions, demonstrating strong communication skills.
• Plan and prioritize workload independently, applying strong organizational and time management skills to keep multiple jobs on track.
• Keep a high standard of quality control across all print production output.
• Must have the ability to troubleshoot independently when issues arise or contact tech support when necessary.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure proper inventory levels of print materials and supplies.
