Job summary

Torginol is seeking a Print Production Coordinator to join our organized, creative team in Wisconsin. You will manage the flow of print jobs from intake to finished samples, setting priorities and tracking tickets to keep production on schedule.

You will operate wide-format printers, use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to prepare files, and coordinate with the sample department to ensure on-time delivery. Strong organization and follow-through are essential.

• Operate and maintain wide-format printers; training provided.
• Prepare files in Adobe Creative Suite for print production.
• Read job tickets and track progress through production stages.
• Act as a liaison between print production and other departments.
• Plan workload to keep multiple jobs on schedule with minimal supervision.
• Maintain high quality control across all outputs.
• Troubleshoot independently or contact tech support as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors to maintain inventory of print materials.
