Torginol is seeking a Print Production Coordinator to join our organized, creative team in Wisconsin. You will manage the flow of print jobs from intake to finished samples, setting priorities and tracking tickets to keep production on schedule.

You will operate wide-format printers, use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to prepare files, and coordinate with the sample department to ensure on-time delivery. Strong organization and follow-through are essential.

Job description

We are looking for a self-motivated, highly organized individual to join our creative, technology-driven team and coordinate the print production for our Sample Production team.

The Print Production Coordinator oversees the flow of print jobs from file intake through finished sample product — setting priorities, tracking job tickets, operating and maintaining our wide format printers, and coordinating with the broader sample department to keep production on schedule. This role requires a strong work ethic, dependable follow-through, good time-management and the discipline to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize the daily print production schedule to meet demanding client deadlines.
• Operate and maintain wide-format printers — training will be provided.
• Work within Adobe Creative Suite programs and printer RIP (Raster Imaging Processor) software to prepare files for print production.
• Read and interpret job tickets and track jobs through each stage of print production.
• Serve as the point of coordination between print production and other sample department functions, demonstrating strong communication skills.
• Plan and prioritize workload independently, applying strong organizational and time management skills to keep multiple jobs on track.
• Keep a high standard of quality control across all print production output.
• Must have the ability to troubleshoot independently when issues arise or contact tech support when necessary.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure proper inventory levels of print materials and supplies.
