Job summary

Quantum Graphics, Inc. in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Production Assistant to support the pressroom and bindery, coordinating schedules and tracking jobs to meet due dates. This is a full-time, in-person role with a standard 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, Monday–Friday, with possible overtime as needed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Print knowledge and mechanical aptitude are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily time sheets for the Press and Bindery departments.
• Assist with scheduling the Presses and Bindery equipment.
• Track and manage all jobs in Press and Bindery to meet due dates.
• Pay close attention to detail on every project.
• Plan, prioritize, coordinate, and manage own workload.
• Work independently, making decisions and solving moderate-level problems effectively and creatively.
• Complete projects accurately and within deadlines while meeting company quality standards.
• Apply effective time management and self-management skills.
• Perform other duties as requested.
