• Equivalent to the Iowa CPM program or related education counts as experience.

• Supervise and evaluate production, bindery, and support staff.
• Monitor quality, turnaround times, waste, and costs to drive improvements.
• Manage maintenance schedules, repairs, and inventory purchasing per procurement rules.
• Ensure compliance with state quality, environmental, and safety requirements.
