Job summary

BrightKey is seeking a Print Services Manager onsite in Plymouth Meeting, PA to oversee daily operations of a small team delivering printing, document, and data management support in a corporate office environment.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with 3–5 years of team management experience, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to balance supervisory duties with hands-on printing and workflow tasks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing a small team in a corporate office environment.
• Experience with large format printing is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook and SharePoint is highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with a high degree of professionalism.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Delegation of daily tasks and client requests relating to data and printing services.
• Guiding and managing customer requested projects to completion.
• Schedule and assign daily tasks to ensure coverage and workflow efficiency.
• Foster a positive, customer-focused team culture.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality through process or technology enhancements.
