Job summary

Northeast Grocery is seeking a Mailroom and Copy Center Clerk to support daily operations at one location. You will handle mail, packages, and print/copy requests from internal customers, presenting a professional image and strong service orientation.

Responsibilities include operating print production gear, troubleshooting, and coordinating with service providers. Evening/Night shifts may be required; prior mailroom or reprographics experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to work in a team or independently.
• Effective verbal and written communication with internal departments.
• Professional customer service appearance and adherence to policies.
• Experience with MS Office; MS 365 knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operates print production gear and troubleshoots basic issues.
• Manages mail and package handling, including postage meter and sorting.
• Ensures work areas are stocked and organized for operations.
• Assists vendors and coordinates with Support Desk for service requests.
