Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking a Field Representative I, Fulfillment in Lone Tree, CO to support a busy production print environment. You will operate high-volume printing equipment, perform binding and finishing tasks, and manage shipping, receiving, and mailing operations for multiple client sites.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years of related experience, and a valid driver’s license. You will travel between customer locations and provide proactive service to ensure timely

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of related work experience preferred.
• Experience in copy/print services, ideally within a high-volume production print environment, preferred.
• Valid driver's license and required minimum auto insurance coverage per company policy.
• Ability to learn and operate complex production, communication, and client-specific systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume printing equipment in a production print environment, including binding and finishing work.
• Set up and run all applications across assigned equipment.
• Ensure copier operations and perform daily quality inspections; clear paper jams and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform repair and maintenance services on customer copier equipment.
• Maintain records, management reports, and inventories of supplies.
• Deliver completed work to designated customer locations on and off site.
• Travel between customer buildings as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding job status and timelines.
