Job summary

Ricoh Americas Corporation is seeking a Field Representative I, Fulfillment in Lone Tree, CO. The role focuses on operating high-volume printing equipment, performing copy/print tasks, and handling shipping, receiving, and basic maintenance for on-site client sites.

Qualifications

2-3 years of related work experience preferred.
Experience in copy/print services, ideally within a high-volume production print environment, preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate high-volume printing equipment in a production print environment, including binding and finishing work.
Set up and run all applications across assigned equipment.
Ensure convenience copiers are functioning properly through daily quality inspections; clear paper jams and escalating technical issues as needed.
Perform repair and maintenance services on customer copier equipment.
Maintain records, management reports, and inventories of supplies.
Distribute office supplies, fax transmissions, and mail to employees and designated locations.
Calculate charges for completed jobs and maintain billing logs.
Respond to and coordinate customer service requests and service calls.
Deliver completed work to designated customer locations on and off site.
Maintain daily meter readings and service logs.
Travel between customer buildings as needed.
Answer customer inquiries regarding job status, timelines, and feasibility.
Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked copier and print areas.
Perform shipping and receiving functions, including processing incoming and outgoing materials.
Assist with meeting and conference room setup.
Support office and workspace moves within assigned facilities.
Perform basic building maintenance tasks, including re-lamping, as assigned.
Complete occasional cleaning duties as needed.
Work periodic overtime, including evenings, weekends, and emergency response situations when required.
Utilize equipment such as shrink-wrap machines, paper cutters, hole drills, bindery equipment, joggers, tape machines, stackers, electric staplers, and scales.
Operate copier equipment, calculators, fax machines, postage meters, and personal computers.
Manage document filing, archiving, and records retention activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
