Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking an on-site Service Delivery Associate to support mailroom services, print and document operations, and administrative tasks across multiple Georgia geography. Travel is required across Georgia and nearby states with overnight stays about once a month.

The role emphasizes operating office equipment, handling mail, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate logs while delivering excellent customer service. Training will be provided.

• Comfortable with light physical tasks (up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Operate office and production equipment (printers, scanners, etc.) and ensure peak performance.
• Perform mail handling, sorting, scanning, distribution, and package tracking.
• Support document preparation, printing, and finishing.
• Maintain logs for billing, meter reads, and production jobs.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and escalate issues when needed.
• Monitor inventory and perform replenishment as required.
