Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate office and production equipment, including printers, scanners, and binders/fax machines.
• Support mail handling activities such as sorting, scanning, distribution, and package tracking.
• Prepare, print, and finish documents, including stapling and laminating.
• Maintain accurate logs for billing, meter reads, and production jobs.
• Monitor supplies, support SLA compliance, and elevate service issues when needed.
