Job summary

GFI Digital is seeking a Print IT Field Support IT Technician to install, support, and repair printing, scanning, and network-related issues for MFPs and related software. The role requires strong computer, network, and software knowledge, with a positive attitude and team contribution.

The successful candidate will handle configuration, troubleshooting, and firmware updates, while maintaining territory responsibilities and professional customer relations at all times.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure MFPs and drivers on customer networks.
• Troubleshoot printing, scanning, and connectivity issues.
• Perform firmware updates and software configurations.
• Maintain territory and manage calls and installs.
• Complete administrative paperwork accurately and timely.
