GFI Digital is seeking a Print IT Field Support IT Technician in Kansas City to install, support, and repair MFPs and related software across customer networks. The role requires strong IT/network knowledge and a proactive attitude to contribute to the team.

The position emphasizes hands-on technical work, customer service, and on-site installation, with training provided to advance skills in connectivity, color calibration, and device management.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Preferred: A+ or Network+ Certification.

Responsibilities

• Install, support and repair printing, scanning, and network connectivity related to MFPs and software.
• Configure print drivers and software on customer systems and train users.
• Troubleshoot print, scan, and connectivity problems across a variety of software.
• Update firmware and manage territory calls and installs.
• Maintain company property and complete administrative tasks accurately.
