Job summary

Rhoback is seeking a Print Designer to join our Mainline Design Team in Charlottesville, VA. You will create repeat patterns, engineered prints, and placement graphics for men’s and women’s lines, collaborating closely with the Print Design Manager to bring original print stories to life.

The role requires a solid foundation in print design, color theory, Pantone, and proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop, with 1–3 years in textiles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in textile or apparel design.
• 1–3 years of hands-on textile print design experience.
• Experience with print design for apparel and pattern development.

Responsibilities

• Develop original print artwork from concept through final art file.
• Research trends and become an expert in print design space.
• Support the print approval process and maintain organized, consistently named digital files within folders.
• Enter and update print data in Centric PLM and keep records current from concept to production.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Product Design, and Development to align prints with seasonal themes and materials.
• Participate in design reviews and assist in preparing presentation materials and boards.
