Job summary

Fourth Floor in New York is seeking a Print Coordinator to join our design team. The role partners with the Design Director and Sales to develop trend-right prints and color palettes for seasonal collections and custom programs.

The ideal candidate brings strong creative vision, technical CAD expertise, and deep print development knowledge from concept through production, with proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and NedGraphics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the textile or women’s fashion industry.
• Degree in Textile Design or a related design field.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and NedGraphics.
• Strong understanding of print repeats and layout construction.
• Excellent color sense and attention to detail.
• Highly organized, proactive, and resourceful with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong sense of urgency, initiative, and motivation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create original prints, recolor existing patterns, develop repeats, and build multiple colorways.
• Develop technical breakdowns of print and pattern layout specifications for external partners.
• Deliver production-ready artwork in both digital and print formats for internal and external use.
• Collaborate with the design team to visualize, present, and communicate print concepts through CAD artwork.
• Support the sales team by expediting custom print requests and recolorations as needed.
