Job summary

Printwand is seeking a service-oriented team member with strong communication skills to support clients through the printing process. You will assess customer needs, guide product selections, and collaborate with graphic designers to prep artwork for print.

This is not a graphic design role. Responsibilities include answering calls, responding to quotes, and driving sales while maintaining high quality artwork reviews and timely client communication.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to learn new programs quickly.
• Experience with graphic design awareness and pre-press processes is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and general computer software.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client questions promptly.
• Assist clients in selecting products and print methods for their projects.
• Review client artwork for quality and usability for print.
• Prepare artwork for print with designers, ensuring compatibility.
• Respond to client quote requests daily and follow up as needed.
• Make follow-up calls to clients to answer questions and drive sales.
