Job summary

ThomsonReuters in Eagan, Minnesota seeks a Print Client Relationship Representative to manage and renew print contracts within Global Print. You will collaborate with sales to improve retention, identify growth opportunities, and deliver exceptional client experiences, supporting revenue and satisfaction goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in client management, with strong communication and CRM proficiency (Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Office).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and implement account plans to strengthen relationships and expand print and digital offerings.
• Identify business development opportunities within territory and partner with sales to support growth.
• Assist with negotiations and contract renewals to achieve revenue targets and strategic objectives.
• Proactively address customer concerns and provide timely, solutions-focused resolutions.
• Document customer calls, orders, and case activity in the CRM system per policies.
