Job summary

Thomson Reuters in Eagan, Minnesota, seeks a Print Client Relationship Representative to manage and renew print contracts while building strong client relationships. You will collaborate with sales to drive retention, identify growth opportunities, and enhance customer experiences across print and digital offerings.

You will support negotiations and renewals, document activities in the CRM, and contribute to revenue growth and client satisfaction within a specialized legal print community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in client relationship/account management with growth/retention emphasis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.
• Strong customer-service orientation and a client-first approach.
• Understanding of print and digital landscape and market changes.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and implement account plans to strengthen relationships and expand print/digital offerings.
• Identify business development opportunities within your territory and partner with sales to support growth.
• Assist negotiations and contract renewals to meet revenue targets and strategic objectives.
• Address customer concerns with timely, solutions-focused resolutions.
• Share customer and market insights to inform strategy, services, and product development.
• Document calls, orders, and activity in the CRM system per policies.
