The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in client relationship management, with strong communication and CRM proficiency including Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in client relationship management or account management with growth/retention focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client engagement.
• Strong customer service with a client-first approach.
• Understanding of print and digital landscapes and ability to adapt to market changes.
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce, SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and implement account plans to strengthen relationships and increase loyalty.
• Identify business development opportunities within the territory and partner with sales to support growth.
• Assist with negotiations and contract renewals to achieve revenue targets and strategic objectives.
• Proactively address customer concerns with timely, solutions-focused resolutions.
• Document customer calls, orders, and case activity in the CRM per policies.
