Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–5 years experience in a print center or similar.
• Familiarity with general print center operations and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Review, prioritize and submit print requests according to complexity and urgency.
• Deliver print jobs within established timeframes and maintain logs.
• Perform minor maintenance of reproduction equipment and troubleshoot jams.
• Take daily meter readings and monitor print supplies inventory.
• Inform clients of completion times and resolve complaints to the client’s satisfaction.
• Help open/close print center and keep area neat and professional.
• Make image quality adjustments and prepare on-demand print orders as needed.
• Prepare monthly production and volume reports for productivity and billing.
