Job summary

Pacific Office Automation is seeking a Copy Center Operations Manager for our Phoenix, AZ location. You will provide daily direction for on-site Copy Centers, including digital imaging, print, binding, and device service, while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to confidentiality.

The role requires leadership of Copy Center operators, technical and receiving staff, with a focus on process improvement and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal liaison between POA, client, and staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and graphics software.
• Experience in production print and finishing operations.
• Able to learn new software quickly and multi-task effectively.
• Ability to lift/move up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Direct Copy Center operations including binding, printing, and finishing.
• Supervise technical staff and receiving personnel on site.
• Coordinate service calls and manage project timelines.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of client materials.
