AlphaGraphics Knox Street in North Dallas is seeking a Print & Bindery Production Manager to lead on-site operations in the fast-paced visual communications company. You will oversee multiple print projects, manage bindery production, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years in printing and at least 3 years in management, strong people skills, and excellent communication. This on-site position offers competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in the Printing Industry.
• Minimum 3 years in Management.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven and multi project coordination environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Full understanding of digital printing and bindery.
• Maintaining and ordering supplies and stock for the print and bindery departments.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Define and coordinate print production schedules.
• Liaising among different departments e.g. Pre-press, Press, Bindery, Quality, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, manage and execute successfully.
• Provide creative solutions to production issues.
• Be a team player; doing whatever is necessary to meet project demands and deadlines.
• Responsible for monthly performance analysis.
• Work in the digital print and bindery departments as needed.

AlphaGraphics currently has an opening for a full-time on-site Print & Bindery Production Manager.
