AlphaGraphics US 219 in Arvada seeks an experienced print shop manager to lead day-to-day operations in a digital print shop. You will oversee production, staffing, scheduling, and quality control to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has five years in digital print shop management, deep knowledge of small and large format printing, strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to train and motivate a team.

We are looking for a print shop manager with deep experience in the management of a digital print shop.

Applicant Must Have The Following To Qualify

• Five years experience in digital print shop management.
• Deep knowledge of small format printing.
• Deep knowledge of large format printing.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Excellent organization skills and scheduling ability.
• Maintains calm demeanor under pressure.
• Possesses the ability to lead through positive reinforcement.
• Has some experience with outsourcing.

The salary is open depending on the level of experience.

Compensation: $1.00 - $75,000.00 per year
