Job summary

Heidelberg USA is seeking a Prinect Digital Sales Specialist in the Mid‑Atlantic region (DE, MD, VA) to drive sales and provide consultative support for Heidelberg’s Prinect workflow and Digital products. You will build strong customer relationships and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales and implementation process.

The role focuses on acquiring new customers and supporting existing ones through solution-based selling, product demonstrations, and tailored workflow

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required.
• 5–7 years of related sales experience.
• 7 months of job-related training or onboarding is typically needed to perform successfully.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; basic PC literacy; familiarity with print production software or CtP technologies a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Initiatives (30%) Drive sales of Prinect and Digital systems by engaging with customers and working collaboratively with the internal Prinect and Digital team.
• Prospecting & Opportunity Development (20%) Identify and pursue new business opportunities via direct outreach, networking, and events.
• Customer Consultation (15%) Work with customers to understand their operational needs and recommend tailored workflow solutions.
• Product Demonstrations & Webinars (10%) Coordinate and participate in demos and webinars to showcase capabilities.
• Pricing & System Configuration (15%) Provide detailed configurations and pricing proposals aligned with customer requirements and Heidelberg standards, and closing deals.
• Post-Sales Coordination (10%) Collaborate with Project Managers to support installation and onboarding.
