Job summary

Heidelberg USA is seeking a Prinect Digital Sales Specialist to drive sales of Prinect workflow and digital products across the Mid-Atlantic region. You will support customers with consultative solutions, coordinate demos, and deliver precise configurations and pricing while working with internal teams.

The role requires 5–7 years in related sales, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 5–7 years of related sales experience, preferably within the printing, publishing, or graphic communications industries.
• At least 7 months of job-related training or onboarding.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic PC literacy.
• Familiarity with print production software or CtP technologies a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives and drive sales of Prinect and Digital systems with internal teams.
• Prospecting & opportunity development through outreach and events.
• Consult with customers to understand needs and propose tailored workflow solutions.
• Coordinate product demos and webinars to showcase capabilities.
• Provide detailed configurations and pricing proposals aligned with Heidelberg standards and close deals.
• Coordinate with Project Managers for installation and onboarding after sale.
