Job summary

HEIDELBERG USA is seeking a Prinect Application Specialist to develop and deliver engaging training programs for the Prinect Production software suite. This role blends training, workflow implementation, technical support, consulting, and sales support to drive customer adoption and optimization.

The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching, enjoys solving complex workflow challenges, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Technical training experience with the ability to convey complex software concepts clearly.
• Strong knowledge of print production systems and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with Prinect Production Manager and prepress workflows.
• Excellent presentation, training, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person, virtual, and hybrid training sessions covering Prinect modules and print production workflows.
• Configure and implement Prinect solutions within client environments, including advanced workflow automation.
• Analyze customer workflow requirements and recommend solutions that improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot issues during implementations and training engagements with TAC teams.
• Create training materials, user guides, and project status reports.
• Assist Sales and Project Managers by evaluating requirements and setting expectations.
• Provide expertise across Prepress, Pressroom, Postpress, Customer Service, and CtP operations.
• Build strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service throughout the lifecycle.
