Job summary

Heidelberg USA is seeking a Prinect Application Specialist to develop and deliver training on Prinect Production software. You will combine training, workflow implementation, technical support, and sales assistance to maximize customer adoption and optimize operations.

The ideal candidate enjoys teaching, solving workflow challenges, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Hybrid location with travel expected up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Technical training experience with clear communication of software concepts.
• Strong understanding of print production systems and workflow automation.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person, virtual, and hybrid customer training sessions on Prinect modules and workflows.
• Configure and implement Prinect solutions within customer environments, including advanced workflow automation.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Troubleshoot issues during implementations and training with TAC collaboration.
• Create and maintain training materials, guides, and project reports.
• Support Sales and Project Managers by evaluating requirements and setting expectations.
• Provide expertise across Prepress, Pressroom, Postpress, Customer Service, and CtP.
• Build strong customer relationships and exceptional service throughout lifecycle.
