Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience in the renewable energy sector.
• ABET/EAC-accredited bachelor degree required; Master’s degree optional.
• Professional Engineer with ability to obtain licensure in multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME internally and with clients.
• Provide technical support for four key areas of the business.
• Lead quality programs and staff development.
• Represent technical capability in client meetings and industry groups.
• Mentor staff and coordinate with leadership for strategic alignment.
