Job summary

WSB, a design and consulting firm, is seeking a Project Engineer, Water Resources to join our Minnesota team and contribute to stormwater and water resource projects. You will perform design calculations, create plans, and prepare technical reports while collaborating with engineers, technicians, and clients.

Preferred candidates hold a Minnesota PE or can obtain it within 6 months; ability to travel to various locations is required. This role offers growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or similar from an accredited school.
• 4-12 years of experience in Water Resources or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work on Stormwater and Water Resource projects including reuse, streambank, culvert design, flood reduction, water quality.
• Perform design calculations, cost estimates, and plan preparation.
• Compile, write, and edit technical reports and specifications on Water Resources projects.
• Perform tasks or observe projects in the field as required.
• Be involved in public meetings and have other presentation opportunities.
• Oversee the work of Engineering Technicians and graduate engineers.
• Lead project activities to meet timeframes and budgets.
