Job summary
SharkNinja is a global product design and technology company headquartered in Needham, Massachusetts. We are hiring a Principal UX Designer to lead unique UX challenges across hardware and software for our consumer products, guiding a team of designers and collaborating with engineering, product development, and insights teams.
You will own the end-to-end UX process, craft delightful experiences, and mentor junior designers while shaping strategic outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Industrial Design, or related subject.
- 10+ years of experience in consumer product design across hardware and software.
- A rich portfolio of professional work demonstrating both design and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the UX design and development of new hardware products and experiences.
- Drive product experiences that combine ease of use, high-quality design craft, and moments of delight.
- Collaborate across the org, partnering with UX, Industrial Design, CMF, Product Development, Project Management, AD, and Consumer Insights.
- Own deliverables end to end, from concept exploration to detailed specs across hardware and software.
