Job summary
SharkNinja is seeking a senior Industrial Design leader to own the vision for a multi-billion-dollar product portfolio across Shark and Ninja brands. You will lead a globally distributed team of design managers and set strategic direction that combines aesthetics, manufacturability, and business impact.
You will collaborate with executives in Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Brand, shaping what gets built and connecting design decisions to commercial outcomes while driving AI-enabled design
Qualifications
- Extensive leadership of large industrial design teams and managers.
- Proven track record shipping brand-defining consumer products at scale.
- Experience aligning design with business metrics and roadmaps.
- Fluency with manufacturing, materials, DFM, and CMF; cost trade-offs.
- Strong exec-level communication and cross-functional influence.
- Experience with AI-enabled design workflows and modern CAD tools.
Responsibilities
- Set multi-year industrial design strategy and maintain design language across Shark/Ninja portfolios.
- Lead globally distributed design teams; manage org structure, budget, and partnerships.
- Shape product decisions by connecting design to commercial outcomes and timelines.
- Represent design externally at industry events, collaborations, and awards.
- Drive AI-enabled design adoption and scalable workflows across teams.
