SharkNinja in Needham, MA, seeks a Principal UX Designer to lead the UX for our hardware products. You will guide cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and product management, mentoring others and shaping strategy.

Your deep experience in consumer hardware and software will drive end-to-end experiences that deliver value at the right price. You’ll own concepts through detailed specifications, collaborating with CMF, AD, and insights teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
10+ years of experience in consumer product design across hardware and software.
A rich portfolio showing design and business outcomes.
Experience mentoring junior designers.

Responsibilities

Lead the UX design and development of new hardware products and experiences.
Drive product experiences that balance ease of use, craft, and delight.
Collaborate across the org with UX, Industrial Design, CMF, Product Development, and others.
Own deliverables end to end from concept to specs for hardware and software.
