The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technical writing for software, SaaS, or AI products, and excels at translating complex tech into clear material for engineers and business users alike.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing or product documentation.
- Experience creating software/SaaS/documentation for cloud or AI products.
- Ability to learn complex technical domains and explain clearly.
- Experience working directly with engineering and product teams.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain customer-facing product documentation.
- Create user guides, API docs, release notes, and knowledge base articles.
- Develop onboarding content to accelerate customer adoption.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to align content with roadmap.
- Measure content effectiveness using analytics and feedback.
