Amazon seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager for the Lists team within Core Shopping to lead high-visibility initiatives and deliver a new CX that helps customers save inspiration across devices and services.

You will partner with engineers, product managers, and UX designers to drive strategy, planning, and delivery, influencing the roadmap and 3-year planning. You will work closely with AI/Agentic capabilities to enhance customer organization of saved items.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.

Responsabilités

• Lead the overall delivery of high-visibility initiatives to radically improve the saving experience for customers.
• Partner closely with engineering, product management, and UX design teams to ensure we're building the best customer experience.
• Serve as the key tech point of contact for partner teams such as Alexa and within the Shopping org; manage stakeholder relationships and executive communications.
• Establish and improve processes for managing complex, cross-functional programs and coordinating product demos and release schedules.
• Escalate risks/issues on a timely basis to senior leaders and own their resolution; unblock engineers as needed.
