Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead delivery of a new customer-focused lists initiative, collaborating with engineering, product, and UX leaders. You will drive a roll-out plan, iterate quickly based on feedback, and influence the broader roadmap across Shopping and Alexa teams.

You will work with senior leaders to manage risks, define release schedules, and ensure a PR-worthy launch that resonates with hundreds of millions of customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall delivery of high-visibility initiatives to radically improve the saving experience for customers.
• Partner with engineering, product management, and UX design to ensure the best customer experience.
• Serve as the key technical point of contact for partner teams, including Alexa, and the Shopping org.
• Establish and improve processes for managing complex, cross-functional programs and coordinating product demos and release schedules.
• Escalate risks/issues to senior leaders and unblock engineers as needed.
