Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle, WA is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to define and deliver cross-organizational programs shaping Prime Video's technology landscape. You will own a portfolio across CX, Personalization and Discovery, Commerce, and Beta initiatives, partnering with VPs and engineering leaders to define strategy and drive architectural decisions.

You will lead efforts to deliver ML/AI-powered solutions at scale, align leadership on roadmaps, and ensure long-term

Qualifications

Experience leading cross-functional programs across engineering teams.
Proven track record in technical program management and roadmapping.
Background in software development and system design.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver programs with broad cross-organizational impact across Prime Video
Drive clarity in ambiguous spaces where strategy and architecture may not exist yet
Set program vision, strategy, and long-term roadmaps for high-visibility initiatives
Decompose complex problems into scalable solutions across architectures and teams
Drive architecture changes enabling teams to work independently and efficiently
Partner with science/engineering teams to integrate ML/AI capabilities
Influence leadership priorities with data-driven judgment
Build consensus across senior leadership and drive long-term program success
Mentor TPMs and grow the TPM community
