Responsibilities

• Define and deliver programs with broad cross-organizational impact across Prime Video
• Drive clarity in ambiguous spaces where strategy and architecture may not exist yet
• Set program vision, strategy, and long-term roadmaps for high-visibility initiatives
• Decompose complex problems into scalable solutions across architectures and teams
• Drive architecture changes enabling teams to work independently and efficiently
• Partner with science/engineering teams to integrate ML/AI capabilities
• Influence leadership priorities with data-driven judgment
• Build consensus across senior leadership and drive long-term program success
• Mentor TPMs and grow the TPM community
