Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Technical to own the post-purchase experience for Alexa for Shopping. You will define the multi-year vision for agentic post-purchase actions, including delivery, returns and replenishment, and measure success with clear metrics.

You will partner with engineering, science, Delivery Experience, Customer Service and Selling Partner teams to shape the future of shopping AI and to turn complex problems into actionable roadmaps that elevate the customer

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
Experience in technical product management.

Responsibilities

Own post-purchase strategy and roadmap for Alexa for Shopping.
Define and measure what great post-purchase experience looks like and build the roadmap to deliver it.
Shape how post-purchase works in an agentic setting across delivery, support, returns and replenishment.
Partner with engineering, science, Delivery Experience, Customer Service and Selling Partner teams to influence the future of shopping AI.
